Essential Roofing Coventry

Householders and developers in Coventry have called on Essential Roofing for projects ranging from a single broken tile to complete replacements across several new-build roofs. The finish achieved is a point that comes up often, with new roofs, flat roofs laid in EPDM, fresh guttering and fascia boards, and porch roofs described as looking better than the originals. Customers repeatedly mention how quickly the team responds, including an emergency garage leak attended within hours of the initial call.

Pricing is described as clear and fair, one customer noting the figure fell between two rival quotations, with scaffolding, materials and waste removal covered from start to finish. Communication throughout the job features in feedback, as does tidiness, with sites left spotless once work was finished. Named staff, particularly Ben and Riley, are praised for their friendly and professional manner, and their advice on a suspected major repair that proved straightforward is appreciated. Reviewers also value the expertise shown when tracing water ingress and the smooth handling of larger projects spanning multiple roofs and outbuildings.
