They arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and got straight to work. They did an excellent job clearing out all the debris and even checked for any potential issues while they were up there. When they finished, they cleaned up everything so well you wouldn’t even know they had been there, except now my gutters work perfectly! I own a tall, mid 19th Century, three storey building fronting the pavement in a narrow road. Cleaning gutters in the past has been a nightmare. Quite rightly, contractors are not prepared to work off ladders at such height especially with traffic below. Applying for a temporary road closure and hiring a cherry picker is a pain but that is what I have had to do. then if that wasn't enough, I have raised metal mesh guards which makes access to clean guttering even more difficult. Until now. Ben and Theo come along with an amazing bit of kit and they do the job quickly, without any fuss, then send photographs to prove it! At a fraction of the cost! Furthermore, his camera revealed the need to repair a couple of slipped slates which could never be seen from ground level. A very impressive service and highly, highly recommended!

Ben and Skyler did a fantastic job clearing our very full and nearly overflowing gutters. They provided before and after photos and wow, what a difference. The only thing I can say is brilliant Ben and Skyler did a fantastic job on a challenging set of gutters that were overflowing with moss and grasses They were thorough, worked hard and the cost was very reasonable I would certainly recommend them

My gutters were full of debris with plants growing and overflowing in a few places. Ben and Skyler came to the rescue. They spent two hours carefully working their way around my property. They took photos of the work and I couldn't believe the difference between before and after. My gutters are now totally clear. Amazing! I can highly recommend Diamond.
