D. Williams and Son Chimney Sweep

Excellent service. Tom came and assessed our log burner, swept the chimney, and gave really reassuring advice, and then he and David came and fitted a new liner while sourcing the scaffolding and leaving no mess. 10/10 would recommend ☺️

From the first phone call to David; to Tom coming to sweep our chimney we've had an excellent & courteous service from D Williams & Son Chimney Sweep. Tom showed respect to our property & to us. He explained the process & gave us feedback on what had been swept out. We highly recommend Tom & David & we'll be booking them again for next year. Thank you from Sue & Kev.

We had our chimney swept for the first time today following the installation of a log burner last year. We used D.Williams & Son due to a recommendation. The service they provided was fantastic. Very clean, not a bit of dust remained afterwards. Tom was very informative about the use of our log burner and we are so confident in them that we have booked them in again for next year. Highly recommended.

Top 5-star service! The buyers of our property wanted a sweep and inspection done at short notice so we messaged 'D.Williams & Son'. We received a prompt response and Tom was here early the next morning to get the work done. Tom was pleasant, efficient and exceptionally clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to others. Job well done, thank you!

Excellent service. Tom was very knowledgeable and professional, and he talked us through how to use our log burner efficiently. Sweep was completed without any mess and we're now ready for winter. Would highly recommend.

Tom came by to inspect and sweep our chimney after purchasing the house. My parents have used this service for years so I already know they're good. Super clean work, no mess just a slight smell of soot and ash. Explained the whole situation he could see, to us so we know what we need to answer when looking for a burner. Full written report provided at the end.

We’ve used Tom from D. Williams and Son Chimney Sweep for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s always prompt, super tidy, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He gives honest advice about when parts may need replacing or attention, which is really appreciated. Reliable, professional service every time — highly recommended. Wouldn't use anyone else. 👍
