Katie Sweep

An excellent service from start to finish! Our chimney sweep, Vicky, was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, left everything spotless, and took the time to explain the condition of the chimney, stove, carbon monoxide detector and offered helpful advice on how to get the best results from our log burning stove. I would highly recommend Katie Sweep services to anyone looking for reliable and thorough chimney maintenance.

I was very impressed with the efficiency, knowledge and professional service I received recently when Vicky from Katie Sweep attended to my open fireplace. She happily answered my many questions and left the fireplace immaculate. Thank you for your help and I will be calling you back when its next due to be swept.

Great service from start to finish. It was super easy to book an appointment, excellent communication over email and I was able to arrange a visit for a week and a half later (possibly a benefit of it being during summer rather than winter!). Natasha came to my house and was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Everything was done tidily and I didn’t even have to dust afterwards. I thought the price was reasonable too. Will definitely be booking again next year. Thanks!

Vicky has, once again, done another fantastic job sweeping our woodburner. She is so friendly, courteous and totally professional leaving everything so clean and tidy when she’s finished with the job. She’s so good at what she does and is a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommended.

From the swift response to my email asking for a quote for our log burner sweep, to getting booked in, right through to the lovely Tash coming and doing an awesome clean job. One less annual hassle, made easy Can’t recommend these guys enough

What an excellent service!!!. Easy to contact and good communication when booking appointment and confirmation and timing on the day. Vicky made an outstanding job, so knowledgeable and informative. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Katie did a brilliant job on the full service and parts replacement for our Stovax stove. She kept me well informed about her travel time on the day, which made things easy to plan around, and the work itself was spot on. It’s literally like a new stove now! She left everything spotless when she finished. Really happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
