CSM Trade North East Ltd

I would like to thank CSM Trade on the brilliant job they’ve done for us installing new windows and roofline we’re delighted with the results. From start to finish the communication and work was done efficiently and professionally. The guys who did the work were a pleasure to deal with and never stopped the whole time. I would highly recommend this company.

We are really happy with the work undertaken by CSM. We had our ridge tiles removed and replaced with a dry ridge system which looks great. We also had all the roofline timber, sofias and facias removed and replaced. Both aspects of the job are installed to a high standard with high grade material. From the initial visit and quote from Craig to the finish of the insulation the service has been excellent. Craig and the installers were great to deal with and extremely pleasant. After the work had been completed the surrounding area was left clean and tidy.

Very satisfied with recent work carried out by CMS. Excellent workmen, arrived on time, tidied up at end of each day and did a thoroughly professional job in replacing house fascias, soffits, garage roof and constructed a new raked roof. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CSM if you want a grand job doing to high standards.

My wife and I decided to get a new roof we got a few estimates and decided to go with CSM Trade North East a date was given and a time scale set on the day 3 lads turned up they were punctual and very courteous they worked very hard and nothing was a bother to them they cleaned up as they went along and removed all of the old materials I wouldn't hesitate to contact CSM for any more home improvements thank you once again

Delighted with my new Guardian roof and new windows on my conservatory. Peter and Lee have done a great job. They arrived early each day and the full job was completed in 5 days including plastering and electrics.

Great communication from start to finish and work carried out to a very high standard. Transformed the look of my house. Thanks again.

Contacted north edge roofing after the latest storm that we've had. One tile had somehow become loose and blew off at the same time it loosened a couple of ridge tiles.I called and was told Tuesday early morning it would be looked at ,priced and repaired which it has been. No problem no fuss and no rubbish left behind. Could not fault this company and would happily recommend them to anyone. Cheers guys and thanks for a job well done.
