Forthcoming Group

Roof repair was carried out 5 months ago on a 3 storey building. I specifically asked about clearing gutters and downpipes as I knew they were blocked. I was assured this job had been completed. The roof is now leaking again in the same place, the gutters are full of mortar from the dry ridge system being fitted. Apparently no warranty is provided on roof repairs carried out by this company!! Further to Ryan's reply, apparently I have Seagulls placing mortar in my gutters, odd as not many Seagulls Spennymoor! The truth is they have not removed the mortar/ rubbish left by them after fitting the dry ridge. Any decent trades person would clear their rubbish up on completing the job. The scaffolding for this job was roughly £1000 hence why I specifically asked both verbally and in a test message about checking the guttering and down pipe. I received a text message back from Forthcoming Group stating "Ethan cleaned guttering of all debris today Pal" This is clearly not the case!

Brilliant service the lads who done the decking were great even the rain didn’t deter them they sat in the van until it eased off then back on the job again some people would have used this as an excuse to call it a day

Danny and the team did a cracking job on our garden. The design came out exactly how we'd pictured it, which doesn't always happen, and the finish is spot on. Everything left clean and tidy at the end of each day, no mess, no fuss. Good communication throughout and they just got on with it. Really happy with how it's turned out. Would recommend without hesitation.

Forthcoming Group have completed two flat Roof replacements and minor repairs on the chimney and other flat roof, and have done a first class job from start to finish. Both Ryan and Joseph attended and did a thorough inspection showing images and video of what work needed to be done. Very professional honest advice and thorough explanation of what work would be undertaken. All work was completed on time to a high standard by Joseph and James. Would highly recommend Forthcoming Group.

Highly recommend Forthcoming Group Ltd. From initial meeting with Ryan and going through our requirements for our new build rear garden, turf and building retaining wall and raised planter. The team did an amazing job transforming our garden. They were punctual, hardworking, and really took pride in their work. Everything was finished exactly as discussed, and they even tidied up perfectly before leaving. Great guys to have around—friendly, professional, and skilled. Would definitely hire them again! Some before and after photos. Now looking forward to enjoying our garden thanks to Forthcoming Group Ltd. Thanks again guys.

We recently had forthcoming roofing company replacing half of our roof. They have been an exceptionally good company to work with, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend them. One of my pet peeves is lack of communication/transparency: not the case here - even though they are extremely busy, they made every possible effort to keep us informed every step of the way about where they are, what’s happening next, and what to expect. They clearly know their trade inside out, they work well, quickly and tidily, and they cleaned up thoroughly after they finished the project. More than anything, I wanted to mention that Ryan, the director, spent at least an hour and a half with me today, helping to prepare material for a related court case. He helped put together photos, videos, an expert report, and a very clear explanation sheet to help us present the issues in straightforward terms for the judge. To be clear, I had already paid Forthcoming in full — they absolutely did not need to do this, let alone spend so much time helping me. I genuinely appreciate the effort and support they’ve given us.

Fantastic customer service, thorough survey and really supportive. Ryan came out to do a survey on my roof, the information given was clear, concise, and relevant. In my opinion he has gone above and beyond to help us through a tricky stage on the roofing job. Thank you.
