Chimney Sweeps North East

Excellent service, very tidy and plenty of sheets etc to cover carpets in front of the hearth of our wood-burning stove to prevent any damage from soot. Ian also took care of the remains of a bird (dead) which had managed somehow to fall down the flue. I would strongly recommend him to anyone wanting the services of a very competent and well equipped chimney sweep. Thanks Ian - we'll see you next year for another sweep of our chimney!

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable chimney sweep services. Ian cleaned out our log burning, Victorian terrace chimney in July 2026, and offered advice on a safety issue that was identified during the visit. Overall a five star service, would definitely use again.

Excellent friendly service. No mess left whatsoever. Highly recommended

An excellent job. Ian is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will always use him above anyone else

Highly recommended. I got a chimney sweep for my lines chimney as the first year we’ve had a log burner and I can’t fault the service. On time, very friendly, and did a great job including tidying up. Definitely use again.

I recently used this chimney sweep service and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was done to a high standard. What stood out most was their attention to detail and cleanliness. They worked efficiently without rushing and left the area spotless afterwards, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I also found their pricing to be fair and transparent, with no unexpected costs. Overall, a reliable and trustworthy service that I would happily recommend to anyone needing chimney maintenance or cleaning. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

An excellent service from a very amiable fella. Pre-sweep preparation was thorough with plenty of protective sheeting. Sweep itself was very clean. No hesitation in recommending Ian to others indeed have booked him for same time next year.
