Wow! Our stove had the makeover of it's life! We asked for a flue sweep and not only did Karen and Frank do that, they also refitted rope seals, cleaned the glass to perfection and repolished it and now looks like a new stove. It burns so much better now too, so a lot more efficient. It's so good to see people taking pride in what they do! Thank you!

I was having a log burner installed with another local business, but on installation day they found a large bird’s nest blocking the chimney. The company got in touch with Karen and Frank who came out that same afternoon and cleared the chimney successfully using CCTV to guide them. They also managed to work around a plasterer and were professional and friendly throughout. Karen and Frank are the duo you need to install your log burner! They are incredibly knowledgeable and provided amazing service. A standout part was them enabling us to complete parts of the work ourselves, as we were happy to do so. They supported us to create the opening for the log burner in the chimney breast and restore the bricks, after which they installed the log burner. They were always happy to pop round, take calls, and reply to our texts if we were unsure about something or wanted advice. By supporting us to complete part of the work, they saved us thousands of pounds, and we’re really appreciative of this. We could not recommend them enough.
