Flat roofing undertaken by CAW Flat Roofing Reading is the service at the centre of the feedback, which comes from a customer managing a self build in the town. Charlie is named directly for the dependable, neat and courteous manner in which the job was handled from start to finish. The same account notes that most other trades encountered on the project proved hopeless, while this firm was seen to stand apart.

The work itself is described as a brilliant job, with reliability across the whole contract, tidiness maintained on site and polite conduct towards the customer all receiving mention. Flat roofing on a self build is the project type involved, and the finished standard of workmanship is the point the account returns to.
