CRS Roofing (Berkshire)

CRS Roofing is a family-run roofing company with over 15 years of hands-on experience. It works on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The company specialises in EPDM and GRP flat roofs and works with materials including felt, EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass, tiles, and slates. CRS Roofing is fully insured for public and employer liability.

Services include residential flat roofing, roof repairs, roof replacements, chimney repairs, and gutter work, as well as industrial flat roof installation, repairs for warehouses, units, and factories, maintenance for lettings and property management, and developer partnerships. It provides ongoing support and maintenance services for property portfolios and commercial premises. CRS Roofing offers free site visits and quotes with no obligation, aims to respond to all enquiries within 12 working hours, provides quotes within 72 hours, and carries out roof inspections within 1–3 working days depending on availability.

Flat and pitched roof replacements, roof liner and batten renewal, replacement tiles, canopy repairs, loft boarding, de-mossing, gutter clearances, roof vents and leak diagnosis on dormers form the bulk of the work described by customers of CRS Roofing in Reading. Julian is named repeatedly for honest, professional advice, including a willingness to investigate whether a loft issue stemmed from a leak or condensation, and drone footage is mentioned as a useful follow-up. Reliability and punctuality recur throughout the accounts: crews arrive when expected, respond promptly to emergency calls and complete projects within tight timescales, one roof taking three days from start to finish.

Several reviewers describe quotes as competitive and the work as done without fuss, matching what was agreed. Tidiness is another theme, with sites left clean and materials removed, while polite and respectful behaviour towards property is noted. The team is characterised as hard-working, experienced and detail-focused, handling complex domestic flat roofs, warm roof conversions on garden rooms and urgent leak repairs alike, including the removal of a wasp nest found during a visit, with communication remaining clear before and after each job.
