Castlereagh Chimney Sweep

Really helpful and quick sweep service. Not too much soot this time round but better to be safe and sure. Will also consider Ryan for joinery work in future 👍

Previously used Ryan and last year posted a 5 star review. The review has been rewritten as I rang and left several messages to book an appointment this year, none of my calls were returned. Poor example of customer service.

I called Castlereagh Road chimney sweep at short notice because of a problem with my chimney they were here within a couple of hours and sorted the problem out for me without delay. The service was professional and friendly and really competent. I have no hesitation recommending them to other people, it is rare to get such good customer service these days and these guys really impressed me.

1st Class service, friendly, polite and a quick response. Reliable and made contact before he arrived. Professional and showed brushes exiting the chimney. Cleaned up after he was finished and was very respectful of our home.

Ryan was friendly, professional and was able to come out to us at short notice, which was much appreciated. He also left the living room very clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend him! Thanks again Ryan! :)

I normally don’t write reviews but I think is the right thing to do. Before Xmas this person cleaned my chimney which after the first I used it, it was ok. The second time smoke started to come back from it to the point that the whole house smelled (lasted 2 days at least). I called back straight away (23rd Dec) and there was no answers to my calls neither text messages. I called and texted again 27th Dec. Stupidly I thought he might be busy between Xmas and new year. But again texted on 7, 10th January answer me saying he was coming next day… of course I was waiting all day. Then several text messages unanswered and another phone call saying he was coming but the worst of the winter passed and I’m still waiting!!! I take away my initial review where I said he was such a nice person, quick and professional! Is the opposite, a liar and a complete irresponsible! Don’t bother calling him. Now I will need to call someone else, extra money for something that was supposed for saving heating money. Don’t call him! Is a liar!! 😡

They fit us in before Christmas for a stove installation and chimney sweep, I had called round a few different companies before I came across them and was told middle of January at the earliest. They were efficient and advised on a place near by to get parts that were good value. Happy with the service
