Firenstack Solutions

Firenstack Solutions has over 25 years of experience in the chimney and flue industry. It is HETAS trained and CSR Registered. The company serves Commercial, Residential, Insurance Claims and General Repairs sectors. It provides services across the Greater Belfast area. Firenstack Solutions offers chimney sweeping, flue re-lining, CCTV inspections, stove installation, chimney repairs, and cowls & vent caps. It uses Tecno-flex liners made of 316/904 grade stainless steel with a 10 year guarantee.

Chimney relining, lintel replacement and the repair of chimney stacks and pots appear regularly among the jobs described, alongside the installation of wood burning and multi-fuel stoves, the conversion of gas fires to stoves, and the fitting of hearths and tiled surrounds. Tommy is the member of staff named most often, and a recurring observation is the care taken to establish what a customer wants and what will suit the property before work starts. Teams are described as arriving when promised and finishing substantial installations and removals within a couple of days, with Victorian fireplaces installed or removed and blocked up.

Tidiness features consistently: rooms are left spotless, jobs are called mess free, and cleared areas are clean once the crew has gone. Fair, upfront pricing explained in advance is a point that comes up often, as is a friendly, professional manner and a willingness to offer advice on stove choice and fireplace work. Customers also note how hard working the crews are and how easy they are to have around, with several returning to recommend the service.
