I would thoroughly recommend Wayne and his team. From initial quotation to installation they were very professional and worked tirelessly on a Saturday to get my new log burner installed. All in all a very honest and genuine small business that deserves to succeed. A credit to their industry.
Cannot recommend Wayne highly enough - if you want 5 star service from a tradesman who cares for detail and a job well done, look no further. Wayne completely transformed the fireplace in my house, which used to house an electric heater to replace it with a more open and modern design with a multi-fuel burner. He also set up and sweeped the chimney. Because I'm extremely late posting this review I can also confirm the burner and chimney have been working a real treat over the winter (: As well as the physical process, Wayne is a patient empathetic person who explained everything in detail for me when requested and I felt able to put full trust in him. Thank you again and apologies to Wayne because this is probably his most belated review!!!

Wayne is a thorough, knowledgeable and tidy chimney sweep, covering all aspects including fitting cowls and camera inspections etc. He was punctual and pleasant to boot and gave me plenty of good advice. Nell, who dealt with my phone enquiries & emails, was efficient & helpful also. All round a great small business! I will use them again and can highly recommend their work.
More than happy with this service. Wayne came to me last year to fit a gas fire. He lined the chimney and fitted it in one day and left no mess. This year the battery died and he came out and changed them for me straight away. Would highly recommend.
If you are looking for log burners, look no further, I cannot recommend Case Clean and Sweep and Wayne highly enough. His knowledge of and recommendations on product and process were outstanding and his quotes were extremely competitive. Despite being very busy he squeezed us in working Saturday and Sunday to install 2 log burners. The quality of his work is outstanding and his attention to detail is exceptional, and are extremely happy with both the product and installation. Thank you Wayne, you are a credit to ranks of small businesses and wish you every success in the future. 5 Star all the way.
