Excellent service from start to finish. The chimney sweep was professional, punctual, and carried out the work to a very high standard. Everything was left spotless afterwards, with no mess whatsoever. I would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.
Martyn, Dan and Stuart were fantastic. Super helpful from the first phone call, they helped us save a bird that had fallen down our chimney, organised a gas engineer to remove the fire (John - also fab!), swept and put cowling on the chimney to stop it happening again. Friendly and professional I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
I had previously been advised that my 13 metre chimney needed lining which sadly put me off the idea of having an open fire or log burner.One week ago I phoned these guys.Two days later Dan and his colleague turned up.Less than two hours later I had a roaring open fire which I love!!!The chimney just needed a sweep as it was already clay lined.Friendly, informative, clean ( not a spot left on thr cream carpets!), and took their time to answer all my questions and show me how to light and look after my fire.Best price too!!Absolutely loving it!!
Excellent service when sweeping our chimney. Responded quickly, arrived when they said they would. Brilliant throughout and obviously knew their stuff! Would happily recommend them and we will be using them again
