C&T Mulligan

C&T Mulligan has built a loyal following among households heating their homes with solid fuel, and reviewers frequently describe repeat bookings stretching across many years. Thomas Mulligan, often called Tom, is singled out for arriving exactly when he said he would, completing the work briskly and leaving no trace of soot behind. Customers refer to flue sweeping, removal of a bird's nest, and the fitting of cages to keep birds from returning, along with practical guidance on managing a persistent chimney issue.

Care for the surrounding room is a point that comes up often, with hearths wiped clean afterwards and furniture moved on one occasion for someone recovering from an injury. Pricing is described as fair, and one account places it below other quotations received. His manner is called courteous, friendly and professional, a quotation was provided and the job done the following day, and work has covered blockages and chimney fires. The tidy, straightforward approach and evident experience are what keep people coming back.
