BURNWIZE CHIMNEY SWEEP

Booked for a stove sweep and general check as I had some concerns about the condition and safety of my stove. Steve was the consummate professional throughout and he kept the price down when he could easily have created more of the job. Clean, efficient and just a thoroughly nice chap! Highly recommend.

No problems or delay in booking an appointment with Steve who did a great job sweeping our stove liner chimney, no mess at all and so we have diarised to call him back in a year’s time. Steve also went above and beyond to retrieve both a fallen bird and chimney damper plate from behind an immoveable cast iron bedroom fireplace. Huge relief and thank you! We highly recommend him.

I called Steve having seen Burnwize advertised locally. He was prompt, efficient and very personable and considerate throughout. In addition to the chimney sweep and repair he helped me with another enquiry I had, for which I am very appreciative. We will definitely be using Steve's services again in future and would highly recommend him to others. 10/10

Steve turned up on time, very professional and thorough; carried out some additional essential works alongside the core sweep, to ensure the log burner and flue remain in good order. Would recommend.

Steven’s service was easy to book and he came out very quickly at short notice to sweep and inspect our chimney. Steven was very careful to keep our home clean and was soon able to establish that our chimney stack was too damaged and not safe for an open fire. Thank goodness we used the camera option to see that the stack had collapsed internally. We were warned that our bedroom above would fill with smoke if we lit the living room fire. Steven gave us his recommendations on how to remedy the problem with a liner and suggested someone who could help. Well done Steven 👏 a bad situation was avoided all thanks to you!

Just had our Log Burner swept by Steve for the first time. Turned up on time as arranged, really nice chap, very professional throughout, did a great job and left the room spotless. What more could you ask for? Would recommend and will definitely be using Steve next time.

This was the first time we have had Steve to sweep our flu and I'm delighted to say that I would not hesitate in recommending him. He was extremely patient with our burner, which not being of the best quality, refused to release the baffle plate. Steve left everything clean and tidy. Great job Steve and thanks again!
