Excellent communication. Phoned with an emergency roof issue and Joe plus colleague arrived within 10minutes to assess it. Repaired roof in a quick and professional manner and emergency was resolved within an hour. Very grateful and would definitely recommend.

Had the front half of my roof replaced by Joe and the team due to a leak and I couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism. Not only did they show up exactly when they said they would but they worked straight through a heat wave with no complaints. They were extremely considerate when arriving to work in the mornings, taking care to keep noise down meaning that the disruption to us was minimised theoughout the project. My new roof looks great and they even preserved and replaced the original ridge tiles as requested. I would not hesitate to recommend Broad roofing and will definitely use them for any future work.

After paying another roofer £10k realised still had a leaking roof. Got Joe in and was superb in identifying the problem, fixing it for the long term and all for a good price. Was friendly explained the issue and what he was going to do to solve it. Wish I knew of Joe earlier would 100% recommend.

After having my whole roof replaced just over 12 months ago, I started seeing and experiencing issues. I'd hear dripping noises when it rained and with the storms and constant wind early this year, i had lots of slipped slates and also leaking guttering. After 8 weeks and numerous attempts to get the original roofers back and getting nowhere with them, I had no choice but to find someone to fix their appalling work. After 4 different companies didn't want to rectify someone else's work, I luckily found Joe. He was sympathetic with my situation as he's seen other customers suffer due to this certain company and was confident he could help. He spoke confidently about the job and was very knowledgeable about what he'd need to do to fix my roof, and I felt convinced he was the man for the job. Joe kept in contact with me about when the scaffolding was going up and when he was coming to have a look. It was raining when he got onto the roof but despite the awful weather he still went up. He noticed other problems that needed attention, showing he's got a good eye to notice these problems to save me any further problems. He explained what he'd saw and what the problems were and sent pictures to show me. Joe turned up when he said he would and fixed my roof. He has done an amazing job in a quick turnaround. I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders and the end result looks very smart and impressive. He kept the place tidy and respected my property. Worked hard to get the job done in such a short time and with the challenging weather. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone who needs their roof sorted. He's friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled. Couldn't have asked for a better roofer to fix our problems. Thank you Joe.

Joe and his Brother turned up on time to look at job and quote. On time very polite and knowledgeable the quote arrived latter in the day. The quote was clear and reasonable based on the work required. They gave me a timeline in which they hoped to complete. I was away when they arrived to carry out the roof repairs. Joe sent a full update with photos at each stage. Very clear and open. I noticed that he had done other work that was not on the quote and he double lapped the membranes. All rubbish was neatly placed on drive and he arranged collection. The final invoice came through shortly after, once he had confirmed o was happy with work. The invoice was the same as the quote which was refreshing to see. I would definitely use Joe again and would recommend him to anyone needing any roofing work. Can't recommend Joe highly enough. Very good at communicating and he explains exactly what he is doing and why. He also turns up when he says he is going to and is very transparent with his pricing. I received photos and videos on the day of the job explaining exactly what had been repaired and why. Would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable roofer.
