A really fantastic and experienced roofer. Have used for last 5 years, always a top notch job and really reasonable pricing. Very thoughtful and cleans up well. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Ryan and team were great from start to finish, responsive, good communication with work starting & completely promptly. Quote was cheaper than others we got and the work needed was explained clearly, with lots of photos of before/after sent. Really pleased with their service and would definitely recommend!

Overall result looks very good. Unfortunately have had to drop this review down. We diacovered a damp issue 2 years later. Has been traced back to the tile course starting 2 inches too short. The felt and timber is soaked through causing damp and paint damage in the room. Very basic error for an experienced roofer to make according to the survey. Coupled with the issues during the project, which could have been avoided with a bit more thought. I just have to drop this review down and wont be trusting ARN again. Had to hold back a little money as Ryan lied about ordering a product to our property and team damaged paintwork on a bargeboard on final day but disnt tell me. Had to delay scaffold strike and repaint it myself. That money pays for my time but unfortunately not the subsequent damage due to poor workmanship. Now completely argumentative on email. Wouldn’t have rewritten this if Ryan had been apologetic and amenable about the water damage.

Had a leaking roof that bought down an interior ceiling. Phoned ARN out of hours and they came round the next morning and did a temp fix until they had time to come a few days later to do a more permanent fix on our roof.

Ryan was fantastic. Responsive, flexible and professional. He clearly justified the work required and provided photographs before and after it was complete. Great service.

Following a strange incident in the daytime we needed urgent help to repair our roof. Ryan came quickly and repaired the roof effectively and at a decent price. It is appreciated all the more as we had heavy rain later on.

Everything was done to perfection He always kept me informed of what was going on and nothing was too much trouble for him. I got to know him through recommendations from my next door neighbour who also used him recently for work to her roof. If you are looking for someone to fix your roof don’t go further than this company Well done Rayan keep it up And I mustn’t forget to mention that they are very reasonable as well
