What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Storm damage and persistent leaks are the projects that surface most often in accounts of this Edinburgh firm, with one customer describing how a problem that had defeated five other companies was resolved within minutes of the team arriving. Punctuality and responsiveness are recurring themes, and a courtesy call before the visit is mentioned as a matter of routine.

The workforce is consistently described as polite, respectful and hard working, and the name Isaac appears in connection with clear advice given on site. Customers characterise the pricing as affordable and fair, covering full roof replacements, flat roof renewals and repairs following bad weather. Communication is another point of agreement, with options explained in advance and progress updates provided throughout longer jobs. A free roof inspection is noted as part of the service, and tidiness and care around the property are praised.

Reviewers repeatedly highlight work completed to a high standard and finished when promised, whether the task involved stopping an active leak or renewing several flat roofs at once. The impression that emerges is of a dependable team that resolves long-standing problems, and the accounts keep returning to full roof replacement and multiple flat roof renewal as the jobs customers were most pleased with.
