No bad reviews, can that be true? Having had a chimney swept by Zoe the other week I can confirm that it's true! Professional, punctual, friendly, clean, tidy, quiet. All as mentioned in the other reviews and I would definitely recommend. Our chimney is 50+ years old and needed a little tlc in the sweeping which Zoe did without prompting. Thank you and see you again for the next sweeping!
Zoe did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our chimney. From the moment she arrived, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The quality of her work was excellent, and she left everything spotless when she finished. She was exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the entire job, which we really appreciated. Zoe arrived bang on time and started setting up straight away. Amazing in this heat! Chimney efficiently cleaned and can now actually see through the glass door. Hope to see some flame this winter! I found the website easy to navigate and all communications excellent. Highly recommended.
We had Zoe pop over last week to sweep our chimney and can I just say what a great job she did!!! No mess left at all, happy smiley lady with a spring in her step. Very polite and arrived on time. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using her again.
Had my chimney swept today and I cannot recommend Zoe enough. From my initial email to her visiting today everything was fully explained so no hidden costs. I found her a very clean and tidy worker. To be fair she just seems an all round really nice genuine person and to top it off she done a fantastic job!! Thanks Zoe much appreciated.
