AA Chimney Service has built a loyal following in Southampton, with several customers returning year after year for chimney sweeping and related work. Reviewers often mention the tidiness of the job, noting that no dust or mess is left behind afterwards. Punctuality is another theme, with clients describing the team as arriving when promised and working with minimum fuss. Clear communication and fair pricing come up often, and the work is described as properly done rather than rushed.

Advice on chimney problems is valued, and one long-standing customer mentions repairs to cracks around a chimney pot, complete with before and after photographs. Simon is named as a friendly and knowledgeable presence, and the pensioner discount is appreciated. The service has been used on a 19th century cottage and on neighbouring properties, suggesting a reputation that spreads by word of mouth. Efficiency and professionalism are highlighted, along with a friendly manner that puts customers at ease. Chimney cleaning remains the core of the work, carried out thoroughly and without disruption.
