York Roofing & Guttering

As someone who is busy with an ever changing schedule, I really appreciate how simple it was to get a response to my initial enquiry. Only waited a few weeks for the repair to be completed and fortunately, I didn't need to be in for it to be done. When I arrived home, everything about my property was the same...except for the amazing repair to the roof. Just in time for the rain too! I'd highly recommend based on my experience.

An excellent job done. They were efficient & helpful throughout their work. The lads who carried out the work were pleasant, polite and they were tidy and left no mess. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you for a brilliant job.

The fantastic reviews don't lie - Rob and his team are excellent. I had some new gutters installed, the price was fair and I appreciated Rob being open and honest throughout. The quality of the work is great and the new gutters give me piece of mind. I'll happily use Rob again and don't hesitate to recommend him.

York Roofing & Guttering just finished my re-roof in slate, including two replacement Velux windows. Rob and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. Rob was really helpful, advising on the options (repair vs. re-roof) and giving me clear quotes for each. He set a date for the works and then kept to it. The work itself was completed efficiently and to a high standard. There was no fuss, the team worked respectfully, and they cleared up nicely afterwards. Communication was prompt and clear throughout. I would highly recommend York Roofing & Guttering if you're looking for a reliable and skilled roofer.

Great service Fitted a downpipe to sort water run off at the rear of my property. 4 months later came back after part of it worked loose with the weather and resolved it within 18 hours of me messaging. Couldn't ask for more, very courteous and quick to respond and high quality work! Thank you very much.

We have been very impressed with York Roofing and Guttering who did work lifting and re- bedding some of our ridge tiles, replacing tiles and repointing. Communication from Rob has been excellent throughout and we appreciated his honesty. We had regular updates from him regarding scaffolding and the start of work. He kept us informed as the work was ongoing and after the job had been completed, providing us with photographs. The scaffolders worked very efficiently and the roofer did an excellent job, tidying up completely. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Absolutely brilliant job done on my roof! The team removed an old pipe that was no longer needed and fixed several broken tiles with real care and attention to detail. Everything looks solid, tidy, and professionally finished. They were reliable, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results — highly recommend to anyone needing roofing work done!
