Valley Sweep

We've had our chimney cleaned by terry every year for the past 3years since having our wood burning stove Gemma always texts with date and times that suit myself and my husband then a reminder text the day before its very professional and in my opinion fabulous communication and the very first time terry came to our house we found he takes pride in his work that is absolutely filthy and terry makes sure he takes all that soot hes got away with him to his van and once the jobs finished gives you his report hes wrote for you to sign such a trustworthy and clean man thats the reason im writing this review for everyone to find out from they're own experience myself and husband payed terry for the job 3hrs before he turned up now thats when you know they're trustworthy.thank you terry and Gemma for a job well done cant praise you enough my house was left spotlessly clean considering all the soot that comes out the chimney.

Terry was spot on time as usual. Very professional in his approach. Clean and tidy job plus installed new rope for a small charge. This ensures the fire “draws” correctly… Highly recommend Terry, Gemma and the Team. Their annual visit ensures I’m covered on my insurance !! See you next March Terry. Thanks Phil.

I would highly recommend Terry and valley sweep's services. Very polite, professional and efficient process. Will definitely be using again in the future, Thankyou again.

Great service and reasonable price. On time, clean and knowledgeable, good for tips/advice. Fire seems turbo charged since chimney sweep 👍👍

I would highly recommend valley sweep to anybody, very professional, clean and tidy. This was our first chimney sweep, nothing was too much trouble the gentleman was so friendly and was really knowledgeable answering all our questions. Will stick with valley sweep for further services as really handy to know they are also able to replace some parts on our log burner if needed.

This is our first time using Valley Sweep and what a wonderful service! We live on a fairly remote, difficult to find farm with poor access road. Terry arrived earlier than expected, and with no issues getting to us, which is rarity! He was very clean, thorough, efficient and extremely cheery. Definitely someone who enjoys his work. Once completed, he gave us a few helpful pointers to avoid a similar build up through the next winter. Will definitely be taking his advice on board and 100% be using Valley Sweep for the future

I had my chimney swept by Terry of 'Valley Sweep' yesterday, I would thoroughly recommend him and here's why....... He arrived at my house exactly when he said he would (having already messaged me the day before) He was spotlessly clean. He took time to explain to me the process of his work. He explained the do's and don't's of how to use my fire most efficiently. He checked every component to ensure it was fit for purpose and did not need replacement. He checked my carbon monoxide meter. He's very competitively priced He issued me with a certificate at the complication of his work. He's a really nice bloke! If you've got a fire, you need it swept....go to Valley Sweep, you won't regret it! M Williams.
