Re roof for my elderly father. Very professional team and easy to deal with. Kept fully you dated throughout. Came it at agreed price despite job taking longer than anticipated due me to very bad weather. They even came back and sorted out something else without charge. Roofing Division stepped in at extremely short notice to survey and repair serious, malicious roof damage caused by a rogue trader just days earlier. From first contact to completion, they were highly professional, responsive, and efficient. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The original contractor, sourced via Checkatrade, had been instructed to replace a chimney vent cap located centrally on the roof. Instead, they caused extensive damage to the ridge and verge using a hammer, leaving the loft and property exposed to the weather. Despite agreeing to make the roof watertight and return the following day to rectify the damage—at a quoted cost exceeding £6,500 + VAT—the roof continued to leak after the first day. At that point, they were barred from the property to prevent further damage. Roofing Division was contacted alongside several independent TrustMark-registered roofers to assess the situation and provide repair quotations. They immediately understood the urgency of the situation. A scaffold tower was erected promptly, and the necessary repairs were completed within half a day. They also documented the damage with photographs and supplied a clear written report suitable for insurance purposes. The total cost for this rapid, professional, and comprehensive service was £2,280—excellent value given the circumstances and the quality of work delivered.

We had several roof tiles that needed replacing. Adam fitted us in so the timing coincided with work on our solar panels. The team did a great job with the tiles, & all for an affordable price. I will definitely use The Roofing Division again.

We had a roofline fitted by a window company a few years ago (they say shop local) and its given us continuous issues since (leaking, warping etc) The window company after several attempts with more and more silicone just could not fix or didnt want to fix correctly. We asked Adam at Roofing Division if he would take a look and quote for a fix. Quote accepted and his team got on with the job. 2 hours later fix completed and tested. No more leaking or warped gutters and now tested by several heavy downpours. Happy Days thanks to Adam and his team.

We used the Roofing Division for roof maintenance last year, as the moss and debris from trees had affected the tiles, causing the roof to leak. They did a really good job.
