Watertightroofing (Hampshire) Limited

Watertight Roofing (Hampshire) Limited is a local, independent roofing company based in Southampton, not a national chain. The company has over 20 years of experience in roofing. It holds full public liability insurance and provides written quotes before work starts, along with guarantees on workmanship and materials.

It serves Portsmouth and a 20-mile radius. Services include new roof installations and replacements, emergency and general roof repairs, flat roofing solutions such as GRP fibreglass, EPDM rubber, and traditional felt, as well as pitched tile and slate roofing, chimney repairs and leadwork, and fascias, soffits, and guttering services.

Households, offices and owners of historic properties all appear among the accounts left about Watertightroofing (Hampshire) Limited, whose jobs have ranged from chimney flashing leaks and cracked tiles to damp attic insulation and failing seals on a patio roof extension. Various customers describe how quickly problems are assessed once water marks or daylight appear, and the cutting, sealing and detection equipment brought on site is a point that comes up often. Recorded work includes broken tiles swapped out, ridge capping re-sealed after signs of wear, rotting edges exchanged for a grey dry verge system, structural gaps reinforced and shingle damage alongside a faulty gutter joint put right.

Fragile tiles on an older home were handled with evident care so the original appearance survived intact, while an office roof was resolved in a single morning. Tidiness is a recurring theme, with working areas left clean afterwards, and the crew's skill across tiling, sealing and preservation work draws consistent praise. Reviewers describe a team that arrives prepared, works efficiently and finishes each repair to a standard that satisfies them, whether the task is minor maintenance or a more involved structural restoration on a period property.
