I recently used Paul for a roof repair on a rental property we have. Paul was efficient from start to finish. The job was extremely reasonably priced and completed to a high standard. Paul kept me updated and sent pictures through once he hadfinished the job. I would definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend!

We had gathered 2 quotes for a replacement roof and gutters when Paul and his team started working on a neighbour's roof. Asked him to give us a quote which he did later that day. Was very impressed with his knowledge, friendliness and the quote so agreed to get the work done with him in 2 weeks time. Paul, kept in touch leading up to the work, informing us when materials would be delivered, arranging scaffolding and would call to make sure everything was in order. On the day of the job, they arrived early, got straight to work and the old roof was removed in no time. Roof lining was put on and Paul told us to have a look, they then started placing the new tiles and kept us informed about all of the things they were doing. The team Paul has working for him are all very professional, tidy and friendly. They hardly ever stopped and as such, we had the whole job completed in a day. The communication is outstanding, workmanship is outstanding, the professionalism is outstanding, the team are outstanding, the cleanliness is outstanding. Overall, outstanding. Paul certainly cares about what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful job.

Used Roscoe Roofing to replace our current roof. The job was quite large and other quotes said the work would take around one to two weeks. Roscoe roofing said they could do it in two days over a weekend !! Thought this wouldn’t be possible, especially seeing they were cheaper as well, but Roscoe Roofing lived up to their expectations and completely replaced our roof on a five bed detached with a brand new one over the weekend ! They were fantastic from start to finish keeping me fully informed leading up to the job then being there spot on Saturday morning and working their socks off until they completed Sunday night. Couldn’t recommend them enough and professional throughout. Just to add it was freezing cold weather as well as mid December so the existing roof was full of ice. Undeterred they just got on with it. Fantastic work ethic !!

The job Roscoe Roofing did was remove the chimney stack to below the roofline, replace the whole roof, repair the flat roof above the bay windows and replace the guttering and downpipes. Before the work started, Paul kept in touch to let me know when the scaffolding and materials would arrive. Then Paul and his team completed all the work in two days. After the work was completed all the rubbish was cleared away. The roof looks great and I am very happy with the work. I would recommend Roscoe Roofing - excellent work.
