Pegasus Roofing

In extremely difficult weather conditions Pegasus Roofing did an excellent repair job to a second floor roof of a commercial building in Bournemouth. Very professional outfit. Well done Rob!

right from the off communication was great and friendly, turned up fast to do estimate and look at leaking roof. had water pouring into proerty and fixed a few days later with new complete roof even in bad weather. the price was honest and not a rip off like other estimates i had recieved. during repair i felt at ease as time was taken to explain each part of the process show me that completed work and explain next steps during which the team spoke to the whole family. would use again

Found Rob on google. Took our old chimney down. Friendly efficient and decently priced. Would use them again.

I found Pegasus after searching and reading reviews on Google after I had a minor leaky in my spare room. Rob showed up early the next day, got on the roof and diagnosed the issue pretty much right away. He gave me a couple of options on how to repair, both of which were very reasonably priced, and went ahead and fixed it while he was there without any fuss. Genuinely nice bloke, very honest and I have saved his number in case needed in the future and will be recommending him to any friends that need a roofer. Many thanks Rob. Liam.

Robert and his colleague, Evan, just completed our roof. We are very happy with our new roof and service provided. Robert came to our house to give an original free quote (after getting a recommendation from our neighbour). He was generous with his time and was happy to answer questions and explain how he would approach the work. His open communication and consideration put us at ease. Robert offered a fair and competitive rate. The labour, scaffolding costs did not increase from the original quote. Robert explained that he couldn't give an estimate on replacement materials (slates) until they started work so we expected additional cost of materials from the start of the project. He was also good at managing expectations for work carried out i.e. debris in loft after work is completed. Robert uses quality materials to ensure the roof maintenance is done to the highest quality. We felt very comfortable with Robert and Evan who were friendly, approachable, respectful and professional. This felt really important when people are entering your home and carrying out important work. Robert was very responsive and communicative throughout the project - explaining work being done, giving options (for types of replacement slates) answering questions and estimating timelines. It was clear they both take pride in the quality of their work, and care about their clients and their homes. It was a positive experience and we will recommend them going forward.

Rob and Evan delivered on a great roof, that required multiple levels, as well as very competitive pricing. The quality and workmanship are of the highest standard and we would highly recommend Pegasus.

A big thank you to Rob for coming out immediately and sorting out our roof . Excellent service and very well priced. Would highly recommend to others
