Very positive experience with this company in all aspects. Communication was very good, the surveyor was thorough and informative. The team were faultless...punctual, hardworking and cleared up well. Very pleased with the spray foam removal process. Would recommend.

Having had quotes from high pressure salesman, Harrison from Countrywide was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, knowledgeable, well prepared, friendly, and reassuring. After doing some test patches Harrison provided a quote and said there was no rush to accept it. He said the quote would be confirmed in writing together with copies of the waste licence and insurance later that day and we could just ring up when we were ready to accept. Tim accepted the instruction and deposit payment over the phone the next day and Colin rang to confirm the start date and the names of the guys doing the work. Tim & Colin were both as professional, friendly, and reassuring as Harrison. Steve & George turned up on time, 05.00 to avoid the worst of the heat and worked without stopping for 8 hours, cleaning up before they left each day and completing the job in 2 days as opposed to the scheduled 3. Steve and George were friendly, respectful, and considerate of me and the neighbours and did an excellent job, inviting me to inspect at various stages and explaining how they removed the foam from the eaves and how they were going to dispose of it. Harrison said Nationwide was a family firm and that’s very clear from my dealing with everyone on site and in the office, everyone takes pride in their work, respects the customers, and offers great value.

Saved from a spray foam nightmare - in the midst of selling our house we discovered previously installed spray foam insulation. The brakes went on and the estate agents panicked. I called Countrywide and spoke to Aidy, who was cool, calm, collected and reassuring. He was knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. Fast forward 2 weeks and a very reasonable quote later, the scaffolding is up, I have have received step by step communication and updates from Nick & Millie. Building control is all taken care of. Darrick began work the following week, he was polite, professional and very considerate of noise / mess. He and his team completed the work to a higher standard than expected in the exact time frame quoted. I could not have asked for a better service, we are so pleased with the work and mostly with the fantastic team who guided us through it. I read horror stories about spray foam removal cowboys, that is NOT Countrywide! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone, they were superb!!

The three guys who carried out the work were particularly friendly, professional and sympathetic to our situation, which was greatly appreciated during a difficult time. The work was completed to a high standard, all waste was removed promptly, and the property left clean and tidy. All follow up paperword was issued quickly and within the agreen timescales.
