Packington chimney services

Excellent local business to come across, Emma and Gez are so helpful, informative and provide a very friendly and honest service. We were struggling with a very difficult burner (installed by someone else) and it was Packington Chimney Services to the rescue! We were provided great advice to make the best decision for the solution and the costs were very good value. We now have a superb burner that looks beautiful and is very well behaved. We also have peace of mind by using a business that is HETAS certified. The overall service and support was much appreciated and we'll be back for the annual chimney sweep; we highly recommend Packington Chimney Services.

We had our fireplace done by packington and they were a brilliant company to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a fire installed which is external to the previous wall and a media wall built to support the television above the fire. Looks fantastic and two top chaps

Gez stepped in when we were let down by another company. We would have no hesitation in recommending Packington Chimney Services. Communication was excellent and a tricky job was carried out thoroughly, cleanly and professionally. Will definitely book again for our next sweep.

I personally thank both Emma and Gez for excellent service to my stove. Gez was very skilled in knowledge of stoves and fixed mine . He also made me a lovely slate surround. Thank you Emma for great communication and keeping me updated. . I highly reccommend this company so very polite and excellent workmanship

Gez came to sweep our fire. It had a huge jackdaw nest in there. We weren't optimistic it could be cleared without extensive building work, which would require bricks being removed from the chimney at great expense. Gez was so tenacious and determined to clear the nest for us, which he did. He also took the time to install new firebricks and a baffle plate which I had ordered. Fantastic service. Chuffed to bits. Thank you. 😊

The best chimney sweep in Derbyshire, really professional outfit, really responsive and approachable. Great service on the wood burner too, it looks brand new! Would 100% recommend.
