Onpoint Roofing and Guttering Ltd

Onpoint Roofing and Guttering Ltd is a limited company operating as roofers in Brighton. The company has been in the roofing industry for over 10 years and is family owned and operated. It is fully insured and all work comes with a company guarantee. The company serves Brighton, Eastbourne, and Portsmouth, providing roofing services for domestic and commercial properties. Its services include new roof installations, roof repairs, flat roofing, guttering, chimney work, lead flashing, and emergency roof callouts.

Work on guttering and roofs is the theme that runs through the feedback, covering full replacements, repairs to slipped or broken tiles and the restoration of worn, moss-covered surfaces. Punctuality features repeatedly, with customers noting that the team arrived when promised and, in an urgent case involving water entering a property, attended within the hour. John is named often, whether he is setting out options or arriving with matching tiles for an emergency repair, and his straightforward explanations are a point that comes up often, with no attempt to sell unnecessary work.

Tidiness is remarked upon as well, old guttering being removed and the property left clean and orderly. For a rental property, clear communication and photographs supplied after completion drew particular praise. The finished result is described as neat, with tiles replaced, moss cleared and roofs left looking fresh, while disruption was kept to a minimum. Politeness, helpfulness and efficiency are mentioned across the accounts, and the booking process is called simple and straightforward, with sheet metal work and building restoration also covered.
