Ryan and the team came to our rescue after we got home from holiday to a bad leak from roof into our bedroom. I contacted them at almost 10pm in a desperate panick as rain was forecast for the whole following week- they were at my house by 7.30am. They assessed the issue when got materials and returned and resolved the issue within the same morning! They are professional efficient and I would highly recommend this company.
Would not reccomend at all. When job was originally booked and I booked with finance I was tried to upsell into a whole new roof despite only needing a small gutter repair and from then on Communication was absolutely abysmal. Had to chase them multiple times for the job and was always told that someone would call me back and they never did I was always the one initiating it. Would give me 5 minutes notice before turning up and had to come multiple times as the operatives were bot given the correct information about the job Sue on the phone was especially rude, disrespectful and didn't ever have the information that should have been simple. Avoid.
After spending the last seven years purchasing and renovating run down properties in Merseyside, the workmanship and quality provided by leakproof is something I have no problem in thoroughly recommending. Absolute quality service provided on numerous occasions at this point.
I called leak proof out for an emergency during the stormy weather we had last week, I was in such a panic as all the water was coming in through to my kitchen. Ryan and his team were excellent! They arrived approx 2 hours after my call to them which was such a relief. They really reassured me they would resolve the issue as quickly as they could even in the most terrible wind & rain. The team were straight on the ball and up on the roof with no delay and had the area of concern investigated, repaired, replaced and fixed up within an hour. I couldn't recommend these guys enough 👍🏼 Thankyou for such an excellent service 💯
