Chris and team were very quick to perform the initial roof repairs and propose additional work required to my roof (at eye watering costs which I’m not even sure was entirely necessary). I was offered a 10 year guarantee on workmanship with some flimsy wrinkled piece of paper that looks like it had been lying at the bottom of his truck for weeks. During the recent heavy winds one of the new ridge tiles his guys installed blew off leaving my roof completely exposed. Sadly when it came to asking Chris to come over and repair his workmanship he has been unable to meet his promise and now won't take my calls nor respond to WhatsApps. Disappointing turn of events - will have to use another contractor at whatever call out fee they demand. I’ve since established that Companies House dissolved the business in December 2024. Chances are Chris will turn up under a different business name in future. I’ll make a paper aeroplane with the warranty document so long.
