Sam arrived punctually with his team and applied his expertise in diagnosis repairing it and doing a better job than was done originally by another company. Everything from this family company has been so lovely to deal with. Lou in the office has been so helpful and friendly , Jason came out and efficiently gave us a quote ( we were relieved that he had a solution ) We would thoroughly recommend this company - old fashioned service and excellence. Where to start.....Hmmmm,yes OK.. wait a minute, what about, Oh just one more question. I am so sorry John I gave you a headache..my Columbo moments are ever so overcrowded occasionally. Bathroom/Kitchen and shed roof all refelted. Steve and Scott were absolutely phenomenal, amazing workmanship, very respectful and dignified from start to finish. John and Alfie did an excellent job repairing the leadwork on my chimney. They were very professional, tidied up all the debris and showed me pictures of the repairs carried out. Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thank you
