Rob was super efficient and approachable. He was easy to book a quote with, followed through with his word, was really informative about what would be needed and then quick to send a quote over. He made sure only the essential work needed doing, not trying to upsell or force anything extra on me. Really reasonably priced too. He then carried out the work really promptly and it didn't take him long, leaving little mess and sending photos of the things he had achieved.
