When I had a roof leak, on the recommendation of a neighbour, I contacted ER Group. Jack from ER Group came to look at the problem. He quickly diagnosed that the damage was caused by water getting behind the render on the parapet wall. He also told me there was likely to be further damage under the leadwork caused by the water getting in. Later that afternoon we had a schedule of work with costs from Jack. On that basis, we agreed a start date. Jack assembled a great team of tradesmen. The schedule went like clockwork starting with the scaffolding going up. When the render came off, this revealed that parts of the parapet wall were staying upright only because the dust mites were holding hands. Jack and ER Group responded in a quick and positive way. We had to change the schedule to accommodate repairs to the parapet itself. This happened immediately. Jack communicated the revised plan to everyone, keeping the job on track. All the trades and crafts people from ER Group were first class. They all told me what they would do and how long they expected to take. Everybody was polite and worked hard to keep the site clean and tidy. The sometimes forgotten part of building work – communication – was a strong suit for ER Group. I wholeheartedly recommend Jack and the ER Group. A strong team with a great outlook.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jack and his team. They replaced the roof of a Victorian house and carried out extensive repair and repainting works to the front facade. Everything was done with meticulousness, skill and care. Above all, Jack is a person in whom you can plan the utmost trust. He will ensure your work is done to perfection. In addition, Jack and all his team members are lovely people, each with their own range of specialist skills.

Fantastic builders - cannot recommend Jack and his team highly enough. We used ER Group to build a roof terrace extension and do some interior updates including remodelling two bathrooms. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The communication with Jack was excellent throughout and he helped us bring our vision to life despite us only having some fairly vague planning drawings to go off. Left everything clean and tidy and even came back afterwards to fix the most minor details. Most importantly, we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. We would use again and recommend without hesitation.

This company did EXCELLENT work for me, fixing an issue with rain ingress around loft dormer windows and onto the ceiling below. I chose them because of the quality of work they did on my neighbour's roof where they fixed a long standing issue. The work involved diagnosing the issue, slate tiling, lead work, taking windows out and back in and all the detailing on ensure rain runs effectively off the roof and dormers. Jack manages the company superbly and my project from start to finish. He promptly got one of his teams comprising of Andi, Tim and Arlind working for me. I needed quick work because of selling my home and because Jack has a number of people working for him, he was able to respond fast. Andi, Tim and Arland came everyday for 4 days, arrived on time, worked hard, were professional, friendly and very skilled at what they did and rightly proud of it.
