Chimney services, from routine sweeping through to related maintenance tasks, form the basis of the feedback left for this Reading firm. Gavin is the member of staff named most often, and reviewers repeatedly describe him as knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about the trade. Several accounts focus on the standard of the finished result, noting that the chimney was left clean and tidy once the work was done, with one customer remarking that the room appeared cleaner than it had before the visit.

Cloths were placed on the floor to stop dirt being tracked through the home, and the disruption caused by the process was described as minimal, allowing a household member to carry on working in an adjoining room without being disturbed. The service is also characterised as friendly and efficient from start to finish, and a detail many reviews return to is that the firm was first taken on after a recommendation. Practical guidance features as well, with kiln dried logs provided for a customer to sample, prompting a switch to that fuel. Reliability and the helpful, approachable manner of the staff recur throughout the accounts.
