West End Roofing Aberdeen

Our request for help re water ingress at our home was answered promptly. Explanations of the work needed and how it was to be carried out were given and photographs of "before" and "after" were shared. The finished works blended in with the existing masonry and the site was left tidy, as was promised at the outset. This is a company I would use again.

After finding WestEnd Roofing ranked number one on TopRatedRoofers.co.uk I gave them a call, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation. My husband is a retired roofer and can’t go up on roofs anymore, but he said the lead work James carried out was some of the tidiest he’s ever seen. James even made us a detailed video explaining everything, and my husband was genuinely blown away by the quality of the workmanship.

I had a very bad leak at my skews and chimney, and after having it ‘fixed’ four times by other companies, the problem kept coming back. I waited two years before leaving this review for West End Roofing, just to be sure the repair would hold and it has. Their customer service was excellent, with clear photos and regular updates throughout the job. Unlike the previous companies who simply plastered over the issue, James took the time to remove all the old material properly and start again from scratch. I’m truly delighted with the work from West End Roofing. Thank you, guys.

James and his team solved our leak issue with our chimney haunching and worked with our joiner to find the leak affecting our ceiling. They also sealed our flat roof. They were efficient, communicative, and went the extra mile to find the issues and fix the problems. We would definitely recommend them.

I have just had my flat roof recovered by West End Roofing Aberdeen after it developed a leak, and I’m extremely pleased with the service provided. They installed a Technotorch underlay and cap system, and the whole process was handled quickly and efficiently. The team worked professionally, kept everything tidy, and completed the job to a high standard. I was particularly impressed that they issued a 20-year guarantee on the work, with an estimated lifespan of 50 years for the new roof. That level of assurance really gives peace of mind. I would highly recommend West End Roofing Aberdeen to anyone needing reliable, high-quality roofing work.

West End Roofing Limited were really helpful from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to come out and provide a clear quote for the works needed. They identified areas of concern and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Pricing was very reasonable and we’re really happy with both the results and the overall service. Would happily recommend.
