Called Trusted Roofing, had 2 previous no shows so was apprehensive. However James came checked our garage roof leak and was able later the same day give me an estimate, time to do repair. Job repair completed and cleaned and took away damaged parts. Would recommend his company.

My vulnerable and elderly dad was recently scammed by dodgy roofers who kicked a fairly massive hole in his roof, took large sums of money and bolted. I contacted Trusted Roofers and they were out on the same day and had the roof watertight ASAP and fully fixed within a week or so, which I imagine would have been even faster but the weather was terrible that week. The owner James called me and my wife several times over the course of the works to assure us that they could not and would not leave my dad in that situation, and that all finances could be sorted when he was ready, as his bank accounts were all frozen. James also dealt with the police investigating the scam. It was incredibly reassuring to see a company show kindness given the stress of the situation. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks guys!

My roof recently began leaking, and the experience of trying to find the right roofer has been stressful and overwhelming. I contacted several companies some very large with excellent reviews but almost all of them immediately recommended a full roof replacement. A few even frightened me by suggesting that parts of the roof could collapse if I didn’t act quickly. It left me feeling unsure, anxious, and distrustful. Out of the eight roofers I spoke with, James was the only one who took a completely different approach. He carefully inspected the roof and reassured me that a full replacement was not necessary, even showing me photos of the cracked tiles that were causing the issue. Instead, he clearly explained the specific repairs and improvements that would genuinely resolve the problem. I’ll admit, I was still unsure at first because his advice was so different from everyone else’s. When I reached out again, James was incredibly kind and patient. He returned without hesitation and carried out a thorough inspection not just of the roof, but also the loft to make sure nothing was missed. He identified the actual causes of the leak and walked me through each issue, along with the steps he would take to fix them. His explanations were detailed, transparent, and easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence. His quote was fair and affordable, especially compared to the large companies pushing for expensive replacements. More importantly, James came across as deeply experienced, genuinely honest, and technically excellent. He clearly knows what he’s doing and, most importantly, he puts the customer first rather than chasing profit. In a trade where some people take advantage of worried homeowners, James stood out as someone who is truly trustworthy. I am extremely grateful for his honesty, professionalism, and kindness during a stressful time. I trust him completely and will absolutely use his services again in the future. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend James an exceptional tradesperson who genuinely cares about doing the right thing.

Fantastic team. Fitted downpipes that had been blown off my tenement during storm. Great communication and workmanship throughout. Came back 24hrs later to check and retest the work and tighten everything up. Will definitely use again for any roofing / pipe issues.
