Three Shires roofing recently completed our roof replacement in Marley antique brown tiles together with new dry verges ( brown ) on the main roof together with new verges on our extension to match and a new dry ridge system . The job was estimated in November and planned to be done in February 2026 , obviously with the weather at that time we worked with Liam to try for alternative dates with communications every week to determine plans going forward. This was recently completed to our satisfaction , the job was done over several days when their teams worked through rain / sleet / sun and winds to get it completed as planned. They arrived on time and were very professional in the work and behaviours during this time and were very efficient , so much so , that my neighbour decided to have the same work done on his property which was completed several weeks later over a bank holiday to get it done and not put other customers behind. The work is guaranteed and I have received all the receipts and guarantee in a timely manner once the job was completed. Following this work and receiving 6 estimates prior for the work required to ascertain the general cost we have no hesitation in recommending this company and using again the future. They worked well , communicated , answered our calls when we contacted them to discuss plans etc and followed up with the work as promised and ensured the areas were clean and safe every day before leaving.

Called Dan out to fix a job that was done by another company today. Great response after initial enquiry, quoted and booked the job in. He's a really nice guy and his workmanship is top notch and has great attention to detail, he not only fixed my guttering issue he also sorted out some other things that needed attention. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Communication was clear and easy, and everything was explained in a way we could understand. He showed us videos of the damage on the roof, talked us through the issues, and got the repairs done quickly and efficiently. Had new dry ridge tiles put on today. Made a great tidy job. and also covered my new conservatory roof.a very good competitive pice I have been quoted double there price .Dan is a great guy. Nothing to much trouble. Took some of my rubbish away. And I also paid Him 20 pounds short .he said keep it and get you and the wife a take a way

Three Shires recently fitted a dry ridge system on our property, and their work was great. They provided a quick quote and were able to complete the work quickly and professionally. They worked really hard and tidied everything up afterwards. We were so pleased with the results we asked them to come back and fit dry verges, which they’ve done today, again to an excellent standard. Even replaced a couple of broken tiles whilst they were here. Thank you, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services.

Originally asked three shires for a quote on a roof repair following leaks in part of the roof which we found after moving into the property. They came out to look at the roof and completed a full inspection and gave us several quotation options for the repair or a full roof replacement. Following quotations from three shires and a few other well known local roofing companies we decided to invest in a full replacement (using old tiles and replacing where necessary) due to their knowledge, quotation breakdown and professionalism. The work was completed quickly and the full team on site were really nice and helpful with any questions and they managed to fit in some extra roof work on a different part of the property whilst they were here. They kept us updated throughout the full process and also showed us additional pictures and videos of the mess they uncovered under the old roof before fully replacing for us. The scaffolding was erected a few days before starting the works and they even spoke to the neighbour on our behalf to erect additional scaffolding and it was taken away the same day as completion of the roof. Would 100% recommend for their high quality service and professionalism.

Dropped three shires roofing a message after having a few leak issues with our chimney and roof which had been made worse by other local roofing companies. Dan explained what he thought was likely the problem all over the phone and got his team out soon after to check the problem. They identified exactly what was wrong and gave a really competitive quote promptly after looking at the job. Within a few days the team came out, fixed the pointing, lead work and fitted a new dry ridge. They did an incredible job, and kept us up to date throughout. Will be my first contact for any other roofing issues in the future.
