Thames Valley Roofing And Painting Limited

Joseph and the team were great from start to finish, answered all questions I asked and showed me where possible entry points had been for a roof leak, fixed the leak and tidied up after. 100% recommend

We had old tiles removed, cleaned and replaced on new modern waterproofing and new battens. Their attention to detail was very good. The finished product is good quality. Happy with the lead work, the ridge tiles look great. The roofing guys were approachable and happy to discuss details of the work and progress. Paul (Abingdon)

Have used Joe and his team before and as before amazing service and job completed with days of accepting his quote ! The two guys who came were very polite, efficient and explained what they had done. They showed amazing consideration like taking off boots in house which demonstrates their great customer service and satisfaction.

I was really impressed with Joe, Thames Valley Roofing and Painting. It was a tricky job on a listed building. From the beginning, they were polite, approachable, and easy to deal with. They turned up when they said they would, worked hard, and were always professional and respectful. What stood out most was the pride they clearly take in their work—everything was finished to a high standard. A reliable company I’d happily recommend.

Thames Valley Roofing And Painting Services did an excellent job on my roof - repointing valleys, replacing facia and realigning guttering. They were on time, on budget and clean, tidy and polite. Having spent months trying to find someone I can trust I'm very glad I found them and would highly recommend.

Joseph and his team have done a brilliant job extending our roof as part of an external wall insulation project, plus replacement of a flat roof, ridge and repairs to a chimney. They stepped in to help when our project had stalled, attended on time, have been professional and polite throughout and the quality of their work is excellent.

UPDATE: I have since spoken with them and understand that there were unfortunately personal circumstances that had arisen after my initial call, meaning that he was unable to be back in touch with me. They very kindly offered to rectify the issue and visit as soon as the next day, however I had already had the work completed by someone else. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had spoken on the phone with them regarding a slipped tile on my roof on which they had carried out a full roof repair two years ago which came with a 20 year guarantee. I spoke to someone and was asked to message pictures to his mobile number. I was then completely ghosted. I tried calling the mobile number, the main phone line, I left phone messages and texted again, however I have heard nothing back.
