Steel City Gutters

Scott and colleague from Steel City Gutters came to clean my gutters this morning. Turned up on time, did a great job and were friendly and professional. Gave me info on further work needed. Will be using them again and referring to my friends.

I haven’t managed to book a service from them unfortunately in order to provide a rating for this. This rating is due to their extremely poor communication/customer service. I have called, messaged and emailed to simply book in with them and ask a question. No call response, no WhatsApp response nor a response to my email despite sending them what they asked for. It’s not even the same person I contacted if it was I could have put it down to a one off occasion but it was a lady via email who didn’t respond and a man on WhatsApp so I feel they are sadly a Very unprofessional company in terms of customer service. Do not recommend this company for that very reason.

These guys are really nice to deal with and thorough, and they also did us a massive favour by letting us know our neighbour had been messing around with our gutters and was trying to pull a fast one. Very grateful!

Brilliant service from initial phone enquiry to completion. Dave and Ollie arrived on time and explained everything they were going to do. They cleared the gutters, which had been holding water, and cleaned them, along with the facia boards. The gutters are white but hadn’t been attended to for years and were so dirty they looked black. I was amazed how clean they managed to get them and really pleased with the end result. They even cleaned a section of an upstairs bay window we can’t reach, which was a bonus! Dave advised on the condition of the gutters and explained what may need further attention in the future, and what to look out for/keep an eye on. I would highly recommend Steel City Gutters. New guttering system and facias ... Went the extra mile to ensure the old spar ends were supported and strong before installing at no extra cost ! Very professional job done , property left spotless even took away the old guttering. Great communication throughout... Highly recommend this company.

Had my gutters cleaned at the beginning of the year and they were on time, tidy and showed me exactly what they'd done (and also made me realise I'd been completely ripped off by the company who did them the previous year). I then had them back to replace all of the gutters recently after they were badly damaged in the storms (and were a bit worse for wear anyway) and again, they were bang on time, reasonably priced and really tidy. Nice guys and great workmanship - what more could you want?
