RoofMate UK - Roofing Specialists

From the first contact made with Roofmate UK their customer service, reliability, workmanship and pricing were all spot on. Well ran local business delivered with passion. Lads on the job were very well mannered, polite and tidy. Thanks for a professional job of replacing a roof previously done badly by a builder!

Had a little problem that needed looking at. Jake came around and insisted on fixing the issue refusing to accept payment. How refreshing to have a decent local roofer that comes when he says he will and is so obliging. Would definitely be using again and will highly recommend him for future projects.

Highly recommended! The team were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout. They gave excellent advice on my garage roof and made the whole process straightforward. Great service from start to finish!

Discovered evidence of a roof leak and contacted RoofMate. Despite being very busy, the owner of the company himself came out to put in place a temporary repair. After accepting the quote for the work, two of their workers came out and put into effect permanent repairs. Both guys were very pleasant to have around and were a credit to themselves and the company. Well done RoofMate!

The guys came on time and got set up promptly to replace a run of lead flashing that was in dire need of repair. They stripped of the old lead that was brittle, prepped the mortar joints and laid new lead in place. The lead was then sealed into the brickwork to give a weatherproof seal. There was also some old failed pointing in a dormer valley that was repaired and made to look more presentable. All completed Without fuss and the site left very clean and the guys were really professional and good to work with

Due to storm Claudia dry verge caps came away and we're left hanging above ours and next doors cars. Called roofmate UK who were very helpful, and although very busy said they would try to come and take a look later that afternoon. Turned up at 7:30 pm and resolved the issue. Fabulous service, very polite, will definitely use again.

Wow!! what can I say, my father contacted me with a heavy leak in one of the main bedrooms of his home. He was absolutely devastated and didn't know where to turn..... I contacted RoofMate Uk (local to him) to see if they could help in any way and from that moment, I knew we were in safe hands. Gareth took the call and reassured me that help was on its way. 30 mins later Jake was at my father’s home assessing the damage. He gave my dad lots of useful information on how they could rectify the leak and prevent further water damage, right there a plan was quickly formed, start dates in the diary. The team constantly kept me up to date with developments, communications was spot on and very welcomed given my father’s situation. They contacted me to keep me in the loop of activity taking place. They are more than happy to go that extra mile because they genuinely want to help people who are in a very difficult situation. The team selected to carry out the project were polite, diligent and professional throughout. As the project moved forward additional problems occurred due to the age of the property, the team quickly and effectively identified the problem and tasked the team to carried out the additional work. I cannot thank then enough, they were right there when we were in crisis mode. The project was more that reasonably priced, the team went above and beyond to ensure my dad was watertight. It absolutely met our expectations. All work was carried out to a very high standard with the best materials. Gareth, Jake, your team are a credit to you and your business. The craftsmanship and skills they hold are worth their weight in gold. I would recommend in a heartbeat. It can be difficult choosing the right company to carry out work in your home but feel assured you won't get a better service than RoofMate UK.
