Chris, Alan and team provided exceptional service from start to finish. We had issues with internal damp due to previous botched work done on chimney removal many years prior. They came promptly to provide a quote for the work, starting only a couple of days later. The roof repair ended up being much more complex and a larger job that it initially seemed on inspection. The guys worked an extra day and a half to get it finished, honouring the original quote despite the extra work and hours it entailed. They were kind and polite and talked me through every step of the work they were doing, providing photos of all the work to keep me in the loop. Really pleased with the job and how clean and tidy the boys were - clearing up all rubble and debris afterwards beyond expected! Really pleased with the job the guys did on my roof. I'd a leak coming through my ceiling and the guys came out to inspect it one evening. They were easily able to diagnose the problem which put me at ease and they came back the next day to sort it. It was pouring down, but the guys hung around until it passed and replaced the damaged tiles which were the problem, along with several other chipped tiles. They quoted what I felt was a very reasonable price for repair and also pointed some ridge tiles and showed me photos of the work completed. I've had issues with other roofers (crazy quotes, not turning up etc) but not with these guys. I would not hesitate to use roof repair soltions NI for any future issues. Honest, experienced , reliable and fair pricing. Would highly recommend *****
