He was able to fit me in the following day and his team dealt with it in an efficient, polite and friendly manner. He was patient in answering questions about roofing such as the different types of flat roof installations. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects on the subject so I felt confident he could deal with any problems. It was also helpful to receive photos and videos of the before and after stages as his team carried out the work. He provided a 5 year guarantee should the chimney stack need plant growth removing again or the purpend joints need repointing. He also noticed another issue where the ridge tiles became loose due to the mortar degrading over time and advised two methods for resolving this. I would highly recommend using him if you need any repair work to your roof.

John and his team have taken care of a number of roofing jobs for me and they have always done great work. Jobs so far (across two houses) include replacing roof soffits and facias, removing an old chimney that was rotting, fixing a hole made by squirrels, putting dry verge caps on roof tiles and most recently replacing a vent cover that had been degraded by the elements. John is always super quick to respond. In the few cases when a follow-up to a job was needed, that was also handled very quickly. I recommend this company whenever friends or neighbours ask for a good roofer.

I would very highly recommend Redland roofer. I had my main roof done suppled scaffolding on side and front of property remove existing roof back to rafters replace using new breathable felt membrane treated batons reuse tiles replace any damaged ones renew faces boards and gutters. Also I had renew a small roof by installing new TNG Sterling boards top coat with the PDM rubber so entire roof is waterproof with a guarantee Job was carried out very well and all guaranteed.
