Very happy with the service received. I needed a first floor window lintel repairing. Carl paid a visit, phoned with a reasonable price and booked the work in. I was kept informed of when scaffold was going up and a few days later, the job was completed within a few hours. Very good looking job, no mess left by efficient operatives. Super friendly workmen. Very pleased with the job.

We would absolutely recommend this company! We've just had our flat roofs replaced and the gable ends tiled — what a transformation! This is a genuine, family-run business that is professional, approachable, polite, respectful, and highly informative. They kept us updated throughout the project, were always on time, and went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. They took great care in tidying up all surrounding areas once the work was complete. At one point, they even discovered a wasp nest and were unfortunately stung — but it didn’t faze them. They offered advice and provided contacts to help us deal with it. Their quote was better than any others we received, but more importantly, the workmanship was second to none. RB Allan have recently replaced our fascia and soffits. We got several quotes and opinions but when Carl discussed the options with us we were immediately impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and his quote, which was more realistic that others.It wasn't long before the scaffolding was up and work began. Carl came round this morning ,gave an investigation of the problem. He suggested that we simply spray the outside wall with a reputable product and that a tiny area on the roof which could be pointed and that was it. He was extremely courteous polite and we couldn’t have wished for anyone better. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone who needs work doing . I needed a roof replaced on my bay window before having my house rendered. They knew I was on a time schedule and had no concerns fitting me in. The job uncovered further issues that needed addressing, ie, steel lintol that had severely corroded. Their team sorted that out for me and reroofed the following day. Their work ethic to get this done for me under such a tight timescale was brilliant, couldn’t fault them. Nice people to deal with, thankyou.
