Happy with the work done - the fact it comes with a guarantee makes it even better. Price was competitive, communication was excellent. I contacted Jamie about a serious leak in one of the bedrooms, which turned out to be caused by the original cast iron guttering. Jamie came out the very next day to assess the situation and quickly identified that the guttering had rotted and needed replacing. He provided both me and my neighbour with a very reasonable quote for the work and was straightforward and honest about what needed to be done no pressure or upselling, just clear advice. The new aluminium seamless guttering has now been installed and looks almost identical to the original cast iron, which is a fantastic result.
