Mac and his team did a great job repairing a leak in our flat roof, working under tough conditions: a heatwave, road closures, and a very difficult flat to get through, with narrow hallways and steep stairs. The terrible weather delayed the start of the work, but Mac was very communicative throughout the whole process, from the initial estimate through the swift completion of the job. The team was friendly, polite, and extremely tidy, and the before and after pictures of the work were really appreciated. If we ever need more roofwork, we'll call Mac!

All the way from quote to invoice the communication was superb. There was a very clear description with photos / drawings of the work proposed, and before and after photos to show the completion of the work. The work was carried out in a professional manner and it looks very robust. We're hoping it finally solves the problem!

I contacted several companies about repairing my leaking roof. Some did not return my call and others failed to turn up. However, Mac came out the next day to survey my roof and within a couple of days, as he'd promised, I received photos of the roof where the repair was needed together with a written quotation detailing the work required. Mac and his team were extremely professional and carried out the repair on my roof without any unnecessary delays and to a very high standard. I was sent photos of the work in progress so I could see exactly what they had done at every stage. I cannot praise this company highly enough and would use them again without hesitation.

Marchant's came to remove the old flash banding from our Church zinc roof joints and replacing it with a self adhesive rubber flashing. They also carried out work on re-fixing wall tiles to the rear of our building. The work was delayed for some time due to wet weather but we were kept informed over the delay. We are pleased with the work that was carried out and the team who were efficient and considerate and a pleasure to deal with.
