LeRoi and Sons Ltd. THE PRO EXTERIOR CLEANING SPECIALIST

Excellent service. The result was fantastic. Outdoor and indoor windows and pressure jet balcony cleaning. Professional and friendly and very good prices. Cleaned all the dust, marks, spider webs…. And the spiders themselves. Highly recommended. They were the first to reply to my request ( I sent to 5 different companies). 2 never replied, 2 replied when the job had already been done. LeRoi replied quickly and delivered.

Very happy with my window clean from LeRoi & sons. Professional. Quick appointment. Efficient window cleaning. Windows look great after cleaning. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use their services again

Outstanding service. Came recommended and didn't disappoint. LeRoi and team helped us get ready for a house sale. He started off by convincing us out of doing some of the work that he felt was unnecessary – unusual but highlights his honest and genuine approach. He took care of all our gutters and windows and without complaint worked well into extra time as we had some complicated areas to get to. Strong work ethic and very respectful as my wife was working from home with meetings at the same time. A real professional.

Fantastic experience with LeRoi and his team. The windows are absolutely shining and have stayed looking incredibly clean after the initial wash. LeRoi's team was very respectful of our property while working, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. He was also incredibly flexible and accommodating when we needed to adjust our appointment time. Highly recommend his services!

What a fantastic finish thank you Leroi for an amazing job my doors are closed but looking like there’s no glass. Very happy. 😊

We have been super impressed by LeRoi and his team who are all extremely professional, polite and attentive in providing such an efficient and meticulous service. They clean our windows both outside and in, and provide gutter cleaning & adjustment, as well as preventative maintenance spraying of all of the fascia, gutters, roof and solar panels as part of their service. Communication and reliability are both first class, and head and shoulders above any previous window cleaning service we have used before. What a find and recommendation from our house builder. We cannot recommend LeRoi and his team highly enough!

Spectacular service provided by LeRoi. Have used them a couple of times in the past and am always completely satisfied with their service. In this instance, had a flat roof cleaned (as there is a portion of my flat roof that acts like a gutter and has accumulated muck over the years) and the solar panels cleaned (panels have never been cleaner). Access was an issue but LeRoi sorted it out in the end. Highly recommended!
