He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable in his trade, explaining the issue having assessed the roof closely. When it came to installation, his team was very polite and professional. Had a terrible experience before Christmas with some “builders” who made a total mess of our roof, leaving our extension without a roof over Christmas and probably one of the wettest winters on record. Anyway, when looking for a competent roofer we were recommended James Henry. James came out, saw immediately what needed doing and gave us a fair quote. We accepted and he began as soon as the weather allowed. The team work tirelessly, in 3 days they had removed the god awful roof that the previous builders had thrown up and replaced it with the stunning roof we have now with a skylight. They were all pleasant, clean and tidy, but above all, damn good roofers. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check out his socials and see for yourself, a true craftsman. Contacted James to fix a leak in a relatively new flat roof, responded incredibly quickly and was out to look the next day. He successfully diagnosed the problem and his team carried out the work quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Great communication all the way through the process, recommend very highly!

I highly recommend James Henry Roofing!! Had my roof replaced today and James and his team have done an amazing job. James did come across a problem but it was swiftly fixed for us with no delays to the job. James and his team completed the job within the day and they were very trustworthy and hardworking. So if anyone has any future requirements for a new roof then James is the person to call.
