Lee and his team are described as obliging, courteous and knowledgeable, handling everything from small maintenance tasks to larger projects with the same responsive approach. A complete slate roof replacement, including new felt, battens and leadwork, was turned around inside a week.

Reviews time and again mention that the price quoted is the price charged and that the standard of the finished work matches what was promised. Communication before, during and after each job is widely praised as friendly and clear, and tidiness comes up often, with sites left spotless once the team has gone. Renewing flashing and waterproofing brickwork to cure a persistent leak is singled out as particularly well handled. The willingness of clients to return for further work, and the number who have relied on the firm over several years, reflect the confidence the team has built.
